When will I receive the product?
As a general rule, items that are in stock at our store will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Other items are made to order and will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Please note that for back-ordered items, there is a possibility that the manufacturer may discontinue the item or the item may be out of stock after receiving your order. (In that case, we will contact you by email. Cancellation is also possible.)
What are the payment methods?
You can use credit card payment, shopify payments, and Amazon Pay.
I placed an order but I haven't received an email. What should I do?
Your order may not have been completed correctly or your email address may be incorrect. Depending on your email settings, emails from this site may be sorted into your "spam folder". If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

Regarding delivery
If we have it in stock, we try to ship it the same day. If we have an item on backorder, we will notify you by email of the expected delivery date.
Free shipping if the total amount of your order is 3,980 yen (tax included) or more. (Additional shipping charges will be required for Okinawa and some remote islands. Thank you for your understanding.)
About returns and exchanges
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged or you receive a different item than the one you ordered, we will refund or exchange the item.
We ship the product after thorough checks, but if you would like to exchange the product, please contact us within 7 days.
